  I bought my car from this location and I had it serviced here for 8 years. As it was a good new car, I had no issue with it, so they did not do anything major.
  The last service however was a disaster!
  I was promised 3 hours of waiting, which became 4.5 hours. I waited in the centre, and it was a rather long wait. The main reason for the wait was that they outsourced the wheel alignment and my car was stuck in traffic on the way back. So the Toyota dealership and service centre outsourced part of the service for a Toyota. I thought they were joking, but they weren't... And they were not very cheap either.
  Part of the service, I had all four tires replaced. One week later, I have unequal pressure on the tires, one of the plastic caps fell off (luckily I found it in the driveway) and as I write, I am looking at a flat tire (not the one with the missing cap). I already told them I will never return for service there, but I was thinking to give them another chance. Not anymore.
