- Patrick zz Added August 04, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★The manager is very responsible and responsive to her customer. My car (Tiguan 2011) got leaking oil problem when it arrived 50,000km. It was fixed temporarily by someone else but to permanently fix that need more than 10 thousands dollars. She negotiated with VW and they agree to replace the engine for free. Although it took several months, the result is great and during this process I didn't spend a single dollar ( except chemicals and time to cleaning a pool of oil on garage floor)
The VW Australia seems also responsible to vw cars' owner. Although this kind of problem is an individual case, it does make customer feeling frustrated for a trusted brand. (same thing happened for other brands too) But the latter process, services and results show the differences of VW to its competitors.
